I plan on purchasing CIgarfest tickets this year and I've never been there. Can anyone give me pros or cons of the event? How about ticket choices? Are the Cigarnut tickets worth the extra cash? What kind of raffle items have been given away for the Cigarnut only raffle? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

No Cigar nut Auction I guess because they lost their shirt on them last year people got them for General Admission prices. If you want to go just be ready to click the buy button when it opens up for sale they will go in seconds.

That's not 100% correct. We've always had issues with the shirts/hats when it comes to the auction. CS issues every year. Then there's the cancellations of regular tickets because people got the CigarNUT tickets they really wanted.

We decided that its just easier to sell all the tickets at once so folks can get the tickets they really want, purchase shirts/hats at the same time and everyone knows what they got up front.

I know alot of the Nut tickets went for well below 150 at auction not the 200 240 of some years once you added the second day the demand dropped so this year the auction got the axe. It's nothing to be ashamed of or make excuses it's just economics you were loosing money on them.

I believe it was two years ago that the prices were pretty low but went back up last year. Even so, no one loses their shirt selling a ticket for GA price; maybe the profit wasn't as high on the low end tickets, but the top end always makes up for them anyway.
