Anyone have any original run Gurkha?

Looking for cedar sleeved Gurkha,glass tubed beauty and status, current stuff, ghosts, seduction, cellar reserve.

Basically I want to try the old ones back to back with one sold here that is the "same blend" but not as good...allegedly. only way to know if they're different cigars is to try myself.

back when I was a gurkha fan, ray (knokkmdown) generoulsy sent me a 5 pack sampler of the cedar-wrapped beauty, beast, titan, crest, and shaggy... these weren't the OR's... there are very, very few of those left...

I smoked them up against ones purchased here... they weren't the same blends, but they still weren't something I'd ever smoke another one of...

the seduction was the only gurlkha I had that was worth going back for another... but I still won't...

My local was almost a full box of the OR Beauties in Tubes. I joke with the manager all of the time about them. I think they are about $32/each in there.

Wow, I didn't realize the cedar wrapped were pretty much gone now. Maybe I should just focus my time elsewhere. Just had a Tat PCR with a fellow NCO after a long day at the range.

The Sultan must be on CBID buying up these Gurkhas, because they often go for crazy amounts. The 125th anniversary especially. I think these are the ones that made CA top cigar. seen 5ers go for $30-40.
