So I'm new to this madness and I must say that I'm enjoying reading the posts. I'll admit that it's a little intimidating to read some of the "splits" and so on but I'm not scared (at least on the outside I'm not). I'm very interested in finding out more info about sending some cigars to the troops, can anyone please help? Thanks in advance and looking forward to the future here.

Welcome Sway,

You can always use the search function for any info you may be looking for but for pete's sake please don't ask if you should keep the cellophane wrapper on or take it off when storing cigars. there is your first search!

Have fun and read the brief rules and regulations and be ready for some ball bustin' and you'll fit in just fine! =d>

http://www.cigarbid.com/FORUM/c/posts/611510/Troop-Requests  - PM the OP of this thread for donations, there are others also.

Be sure to post an intro thread and jump in the noob PIB and you will be doing splits in no time (not sure why a grown man would want to do a split.......)

Jnichols, that's not cool! My child was looking over my shoulder and now requires some serious therapy because of that picture....

On average, how many smokes make up a good package to ship?

I can't believe after your initial experience you would use the word "package".

Sway, first off........Welcome! Good first post! I like your style.

As to a good package.........rumor has it that there's no need to look at Wheel, Pedro, billnyethescienceguy for any kind of a package. They are all eunicks and sit around all day trying to lick their toes. 🤦

As far as quantity to send to OpFTH, anything is much appreciated. I have sent as little as 15 at a time and as many as 90 at a time. Do what you can. It is always appreciated by OpFTH, the Troops and all of us that like to support them in any way we can.
