I was smartin' off in duckslayer's ashtray thread, and got a woopin' fer it! A very nice 4-finger Ramon Bueso tray with a nice accessory drawer and removable glass-top ashtray. I open the drawer, and yep, like a true BOTL, a fiver. 3 nice Tats and 2 EP Carrillo short runs.

Paul, I'm not worthy brother, but thank you! You were supposed to send me a chipped 2-finger ashtray...

Somehow, Bitter is less bitter today! You da Man! ...and now you da man that better duck!

Nice hit. Read the original post on an ashtray. This place is great. In a world where you're typically waiting to get taken this is a place where you're more shocked if you're not surprised. Although I'm sure there are times when the recipient is just not worthy of a comeback, the hand me downs are honorable mentions. I'm new, I am still in awe. Forgive my jibber jabber.

Nice hit Paul.

I have the same ashtray.

Whatever you do,DO NOT submerge it to clean it.

Just use a damp rag.

I screwed mine up.

Frank, it was li'l Buffalo Trace. Very smooth for the price point, smoother than a lot of pricier stuff I've had.

Thanks for the tip, Tiger.

Yep.Cheap ass glue holding the molding to the plexi-glass of the bowl.

Now when I say "submerge" I'm not talking about a long time.

Lucky if it was in the water for 2mins.

The ink Bueso name washed away to different parts under the "glass",and the 4 thin strips of molding lifted up.

Now what happens due to the molding being lifted is that the ashes get stuck between the glass and the bottom.

It looks like a piece of shit.

MORAL of my story.

Commission a tray from Paul.

Quality wood, craftsmanship and a real removeable glass liner.
