Looks tasty. I don't recall ever having a bad Perdomo. Most recently was a Slow Aged 826, I think.

That's one fat church. I understand the trend, but now we can just disregard size names altogether?

bought a sampler box of the three wrapper styles. Haven't opened it yet.

Have you tried them? Or just bought a box to try?

I like Perdomo cigars don't get me wrong,but to just come here to this forum and post up the new releases and then not answer any questions that we may have,makes you look like you are only trying to get your product out.

Just another giant friggen ring gauge.When will this stop?I wish all cigar companies would return to more traditional sizes instead of this huge RG ****.Come on where's the corona's(5.5X44)and robusto's(5X50).......even a standard churchill(7X48)?At least offer some of the more traditional ring gauges.

Good morning gentlemen.

As far as me posting on this site. Just look at my activity. I got hacked last year and they had to change my code. If I recall correctly, I had over 770 post. I try to stay as active as I can on this great site, but the truth is that I am traveling alot and I run a large vertically integrated cigar factory in Esteli Nicaragua. I have answered questions from how to light a cigar correctly, to tips on how to grow your own tobacco. I answer personally everyone. Just ask my wife when she is "saying Nick answer in the morning and get some sleep". CI has asked us to put and mention our new products. We are not "hawking" anything. People email, fax, twitter, facebook and yes private message me here asking me,what do we have new. I figured a picture of the product as a visual would help. We do this maybe once or twice a year to keep you all up to date in what we have that's new.

I am a proud 4th generation cigar maker and being in our industry for over 23 years. I work "for you" our customers. Yes,I was the guy who started out of his garage. Thanks to a lot of hard work, great people working for me and family we really built quite a nice company thats known for keeping it's prices reasonable and providing outstanding quality cigars. I am most proud of all of you who have supported us for all of these years. This brings me to ring gauge sizes. We have 5 brands that have 38,42,44,46 ring gauge sizes. Perdomo Lot23 has mostly 50 ring gauge sizes. Perdomo Habano is a brand that comes in large formats and many love the brand. It is a very big seller for us. Like I said earlier as a cigar maker. I would much rather make 38 thru 50 ring gauge size cigars, profits are much higher and you save a ton of materals. But many people like large ring gauge cigars also. We hit about any size that people like. I hope that this clears this up a little and again thank you all for supporting Perdomo cigars. I for one was just giving you a hard time... I remember you saying on here before that if it were up to you, you'd be making a lot smaller ring gauge stuff...

but I get it... I have a bunch of friends who only smoke a cigar every once in a while, never make it through even a third of it, and yet, when it comes time to pick a cigar out of my humidor, it's always the longest, fattest one they can find...

For some reason the larger ring gauges seem to attract new or novice cigar smokers...

But with that being said, this forum isn't host to a ton of novice smokers... and it's not a forum that's real big on the heavier ring gauges... so when a sales rep, who rarely pokes in (he has a job, you aren't paying him to surf forums), shows up to show off a product that comes in a minimum of a 54 ring gauge, it'll probably be met with a fair amount of ribbing...

doesn't mean we think any less of you or your products - at least I don't... I still like your cigars, still respect the way you do business...

I, too, understand the trend. And, I'm a Nick Perdomo fan. However, I do take issue with calling a 54RG cigar a 'Churchill'.

Nick, I have a question (if you can sift through all this BS above).

I love the 10th Anniversary maduro. I understand that it has been discontinued. I am sure it's posted somewhere as to why but I have not found that answer yet. More importantly, is there another cigar you make with the same blend and wrapper, maybe in a different size, that would be very close?
