I'd assume MSRP. I have only paid $24 for a $31 cigar once. I don't have any higher and probably won't for a while. So yes, discounting Gurkhas and other MSRP price gaugers thats what I assume.

Did a look through the ling you sent me. Not really what I am looking for as far as price point. You did hit it with the LP and the PAM64, however everything else was a lot lower. You got an awesome deal on the LP though! Good bidding....which doesn't always happen here. 🇨🇮
