other than poker, dominoes, burn the band, holiday and sponsored events, what are some of the things other b&ms do out there

We have about six very active B&M's in Nashville. Some of the stuff they do:

One of our shpos hosted a fundraiser for a local pet adoption agency last weekend. Held it in the parking lot. The agency brought a bunch of dogs for adoption. There was food, games including corn-hole and lot's of BEER. Proceeds went to the pet adoption people. Very good turn-out.

Another time there was a food truck festival. Had several food trucks and outdoor seating, plus doors were wide open to the shpo so it was an indoor/outdoor thing. People driving by were stopping and eating at the trucks.

We have Saturday morning breakfast's and chili suppers... all pot-luck style. Also, several have Christmas eve open houses.

One shpo hosts the annual Fuente event that supports one of their schools in Dominican. That's usually a coat and tie event with drinks, food and a jazz group playing.

Being that this is Nashville, once a month one of our locals hosts a song-writers night - these are huge and you have to get seat reservations early. Kind of a Blue Bird Cafe thing.

Several shpo's schedule an anual factory tour to Nic, D.R. or Hondurous.

Mine has a GD jar. Every year the proceeds go to a needy family.

One of mine is having a gun swap meet today. Person to person sales and swaps only no retail.
