What's going on with the shipping of orders? Lots of posts on various internet forums about this. I have 3 orders I bought last weekend, my preferences are to ship right away, and yet no tracking numbers for any of the 3 orders, yet they all say "shipped". What's going on in the shipping department??

I am in the same boat 3 orders from last weekend still nothing. I know they were backed up from Memorial day. My guess is they never caught up, and now with Fathers day they are still behind. I do think moving forward they should put prepparing to ship instead of saying shipped. Regards 🇨🇮

I'm in the same boat and opened a thread about this yesterday. I messaged CS and they took 1/2 off the shipping. I just hope I get them before I leave for vacation.

Cbid in the summer gotta love it. I guess they get a lot of people going on vacation in the warehouse it happens this time of year every year

I agree - shipping is awful right now. Our warehouse staff has been working 7 days a week since Memorial Day Weekend to keep up with Father's Day demands and it hasn't helped much. The shared fulfillment center is just overwhelmed. There's not a lot more I can say. They've beefed up staff to help. There's 6 conveyor lines leading to one automated scanning station which just can't keep up with the continuous flow of orders. Last week alone, the warehouse fulfilled about 70,000 packages and just couldn't keep up.

All I can do is apologize for the ongoing delay and tell you they're working their butts off to get it done. Contact Customer Service for any further updates.

it is VERY SLOW! My shipping day is Tuesday. My order has been sitting marked as "SHIPPED" since last Wednesday. JUST GIVE IT TO THE DAM UPS GUY! DO IT!!! JUST HAND IT OVER! HE WILL DO ALL THE WORK THEN!!!

I mean $41.45 for shipping and they can't give it to UPS the next day. WHY??? WHY!!!!!????? Hire some cheap summer help and get on the BALL like every other business does over the summer. Then again, if I don't like it I can KISS OFF and go buy somewhere else I guess. That is what happens when you get SO BIG a $938 order don't mean shat. 🐴

An order like the one above most likely contains about 30 - 35 items by itself. That means that instead of one person doing 30 - 50 orders, one person does one order. And there are a lot of CBid orders like that. Because of the size of the warehouse and the possible locations involved, it could take that one person 30 minutes or more to do that one order, having to walk up and down each of the aisles and then through the racks, finding the items. This is another reason why the shipping is what it is.

We'll get it shipped as soon as we can. We're in this business to make money. NOT shipping orders is counter to that so believe me when I tell you we want your order to ship as much or more than you do.
