Thanks guys...I needed that. been a slow year with delays in getting in the shipyard for repairs, and this summer gig with people thinking that Tipping is a city in China.


I will have to pull that relative bearing grease thing on some of the new guys and gals on the next cruise. I almost forgot all about it.

Light one up in honor of me making it this far, and keep your fingers crossed Monday and Tuesday. Trip to the VA at Stanford University for a tricky procedure. No Cigars for a few days Doctors orders so I do not screw up the test, then back home hopefully to find a mutwat baitfish, or whatever it is in my mail box. Someone told me you guys were a figment of my imagination.

Happy Birthday and prayers for next week...

Rolling towards the VA tonight...I'll catch everyone in a few days. I should get home and find one or two boxes in my mailbox on Wednsday. Something to look forward to...while I am gone, I am going to try and visit one of the Sandwich shops featured on Man VS Food, called Ikes on the Stanford University campus. The VA Hospital is there. OOOh Nurse![whip]

Made happier by surviving the procedures and test at the VA the past two days. Celebration starts Thursday night after the Heart monitor is disconnected. If I pass the next few days, I will be back on the duty list and cleared for the next deployment. I dont want to miss it, it is 2 years in the South Pacific.
