When storing cigars in a cooler using cigar boxes to hold the cigars. Do you remove the box tops or keep the box closed ?

I keep em closed, otherwise they take up extra room.

I take them off, then tape them together. They make great holders for my Kitty litter that way. . .

I take mine off and use them to help support my singles in the cooler.
