Started the Labor Day celebration pairing a Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout with a Viaje Satori.

Great brew and considered putting it in the kegorator. But after sampling a bomber, a bomber is enough. HEAVY! Dug the cayenne pepper hints.

Is Chocolate beer really that good? Every time I hear about a chocolate beer or a pumpkin beer I just can't imagine it tasting that good... I guess I'm a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to beer, lagers, etc.

A local brewery has a porter that is creamy and although not super chocolaty it does have some chocolate undertones. I like mixing half of it with half of their Java Porter and getting a creamy chocolate coffee flavor. Its really good but I cant typically do more than one of them before switching to something else.
