I'm sure she wouldn't want me to post most of the symptoms. It hasn't been pretty.

Hasn't eaten in 48 hours, nausea, abdominal pains etc.

ER ran tests and checked her into a room late yesterday.

GI doc says it appears like a sever case of ulcerative colitis.

I'm praying that's all it is.

Has her on some strong antibiotics and fluids to get her hydrated.

They will keep her for observation until she can keep some food down.

Maybe late today or tomorrow.

She will be home wearing your butt out before you know it.

Can always depend on cbid for a sympathetic ear or to get hassled just for the heck of it!

Some decent cigar info on occasion too.

She still can't keep food down, even liquids. Just nausea every time she moves.

Stopped painkillers a few hours ago to see how she feels, we think that's the cause of the nausea.

Finally kept some broth down a few hours ago.

If she continues along this path she can come home tomorrow afternoon after another dose if antibiotics.

Haven't heard what kind of lifestyle changes she may have to make but it's nothing more serious so we are good with whatever.
