Sooo,
Mr. Muhern....
I am very curious about what legal advice you may or may not have recieved on copyrigjts and patents?
As in copyrighting your artwork that displays copyrighted graphics, trademarks, and other peoples Business names on your artwork.
I know nothing about those types of laws and as an artist myself i'd love to hear any LEGAL advice you may have gotten or not have gotten.
Can you shed any light on this topic for the C-bid art buyers and just general info you may have on reproducing images in the "public Domain" and incorperating those exact words and images into
Your "copyrighted" artwork?
Thanks for any information you can pass on to us.

There's no patents, trademarks that are honored between Cuba and the U.S. Most of the Cuban branded cigars sold here can't be sold out of the U.S. because they they do honor them. Anyone can use the Cuban brand names and logos/trademarks together. You cannot use the Dominican cohiba branding because it is protected here if the embargo gets lifted, there will be a lot of companies not able to produce their product under the names theyre using now.
