That was my view from the Honolulu Airport Hotel. I was only there for about 10 hours. And it's a good thing I had the room. Had to wash the fish smell out of the checked bag and got a little sleep before heading back into the airport.

We don't have commercials on Kwaj. Well, they still break into programming a lot, but the 'commercials' are military stuff... Don't shake your baby. Don't beat your spouse. Don't get hooked on gambling. Don't drink and drive. Don't let your friends commit suicide. Be sure to vote. Etc...

I didn't have time to enjoy any view, so a short stay at the airport hotel is usually quick and easy. When I get a chance to stay for any length of time, my goto hotel has been the Hawaiian Prince. Good view of a marina and the Pacific Ocean to the south. But, hey, I see the Pacific Ocean everyday out on Kwaj.
