Lasagna, when done correctly is by far my favorite.

If it has to be a spaghetti, it that gay angel hair stuff.

Last night my mommy cooked me up a birthday dinner, we had some Eggplant Parm, Peppers and sausage, Spaghetti (but the whole grain pasta, not a fan), caesar salad and garlic bread...mom knows how to cook a meal.

Hmmmm. Tough choice for me. My mom and my Nana were Italian, so pasta was awesome. Moms would make spaghetti with meatballs AND sausage and cook it all day so the house smelled like I imagine heaven smells. But she also cooked an awesome lasagna with cheese on every layer and lots of meat.

And the garlic bread? Fuhgedaboudit! Fresh Italian bread, sliced about an inch thick, with garlic butter spread on top of it and oven toasted. She'd melt the butter with freshly smashed garlic in it... delicious.

I may be newer to the cigar scene but as an Italian pasta is my business....It all comes down to what sauce you're using.... cream based alfredo or palomino I would say penne or linguine, oil based angel hair or spaghetti.... if you're interested in recipes I'd be happy to help...unless you want the special sauce.... you don't want the special sauce...

If you don't think specific pastas go better with certain sauces then I don't know what to say...ever try angel hair with a thick cream alfredo or mostaccioli with a g&t? Doesn't work.
