When sending your box must be post marked by the end of the month or you owe double to the recipient---aka the oscar rule
Keep packages to a small flat rate box, 5 cigars.
This is to have fun guys, lets not go broke.
At the end of your month, plz post who sent what all at once.
If you dont recieve a package from someone, you have to pm them, after that call them out
