The reason for a ban on Fireball liquor in Finland and Norway and present in many of our snack foods and liquor. Some say it is harmful, some not. Several here claim it will hurt cigars and give them a metallic taste.

Don't need chemicals to keep my cigars humidified. Distilled water works good, bovedas work great.

Distilled water, cheaper and no aftertaste.

It's a no-brianer.

I read that propylene glycol is just for making sure that the green foam stuff doesn't get moldy. It's not for helping with cigar humidification.... and stuff.

The PG is there to regulate the humidity to approx. 70%

I avoid PG in as many products as possible. I avoid using PG in my humi as much as I avoid putting KL in my humi!
