Picked up my Vertigo Piston single flame about 6 months and it's been a great lighter. Very solid build and a great flame. It has recently started to act up, weak flame and taking a few clicks to get lit. So, thanks to the lifetime warranty, I'll be sending it in next week to get repaired. I was wondering if anyone has dealt with Lotus before on their warranty work? I picked up a few boxes of wood matches to carry me over until I get it back, but my beautiful wife surprised me with a Vertigo Bullet lighter this afternoon. I'm a lucky man. 👍

I've had the Vertigo triple flame for almost a year with almost no issue (the flame is starting to burn after releasing the trigger occasionally) and their cs said to just send it if it's a problem and they'll take care of it. Seems to be really great service and honoring their word no hassle.
