There ya go, tough it out, it's worth the aggravation.

There was just a thread on here the other day about Alec Bradley cigars. I've been wanting to try a prensado but everyone seemed to echo the same thing about AB cigars "they have burn issues." I like a cigar that I can light and forget about.

Haven't had a Perdomo either.

Sorry I'm not much help but glad to see you're sticking around.

I've tried a few Alec Bradley's, the only one I've tried that I really like is the Prensado... but it usually requires at least one major touch up.

Tried a bunch of Perdomos before I started collecting, but most of them were meh for me.

Alright, can we talk about Tats now?

I can't say that I haven't liked the ABs that I have smoked, but they do require a little maintenance.

As for the Perdomo lines, I like the Champagne Noirs the best, and did like the regular ones as well. My Father in law like the slow aged Churchills, but he's a very occasional smoker so they are a good value cigar for him that I keep around.

How long have you been smoking and what are some cigars that you have tried and liked and what have you tried and not liked?

Persomo's 10th Anniv Maduro is a great smoke for the price. Like smoking a steak. However I believe they may be discontinuing them. The 20th Anniv Maduro's & Sungrowns are also supposed to be very good.

Have tried the AB Fixx. The aroma & taste reminded me of something an old grandfather would smoke back in the 1950's. Have heard the Brazilian is a decent budget smoke. A lot of people rave over the Mundial, Nico Puro, and Fine & Rare. IMHO would rather pick up a Fuente or Tauaje instead of an AB.

I've enjoyed the AB's that I could actually get to stay lit. The presenado had a really nice flavor. But I haven't smoked any in a while because I hat burn issues.

I've only had a couple perdermo's and they were ok, just not in my wheelhouse.

All I've had from ab is the black market. Tastes pretty good but very one dimensional in my opinion.

This is also a two-way board... WE may be better able to guide you to smokes in your wheelhouse if you can answer a few questions as well.

They need some rest, and, you'll get a dud now and again, but then, you'll also get one that tastes like a $10 cigar...............kinda weird.
I like the 10th Anni Champagne now and again...........on a sunny morning with coffee.

Gave up on all AB quite some time ago...................it was costing me too much in lighter fuel.........

A few years back I smoked through about 50 or 60 Alec Bradley Family Blend VR1's. I really liked the flavor. But, I tired of having to relight one side or the other. I finally moved on to other cigars for that reason. Should they get that problem fixed I'd be more than happy to give them a second look.

I would say alec bradley .
Here is why I got a special on 10 Perdomos at local store, including the champagne cpl others. The shop owner at this point had me hooked on everything he recommended.I tried said sticks 2_3 and just nothing like the cameroons,858 rp2013 etc.that I had been smoking just didn't like em and had I issues with them cracking.

Now since then I have tried a cpl alec bradley with no real issues...touch up yes..but good flavor...

This was months ago very new and will revist the Perdomes soon...
