many times on the course, I light a cigar on the 1st hole and typically will be done by the turn. many times i will want to have another smoke but don't care for a cigar. i keep a pack of cigarettes in my bag and i will smoke one or two on the back nine. for a change or for a short smoke i'll light up the pipe with some english tobaccy and that satisfies my craving.

how many of youse guys are multi-faceted smokers and if you are not, what do you do to satisfy that smoke desire?

Cigars, but when time is short or it is brutally cold, I go back to the pipe.

I'm mainly a cigarette smoker at work and have a cigar or two in the afternoon after work, with a few cigarettes in between. On the weekend I'll have a cigar first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and a few throughout the day.

I used to smoke cigs, but I grew to hate cigs and turned to cigars. Smoked cigars on and off after that, but loved cigars. Then I would bounce to cigs again from time to time, when I did I smoked Nat Sherman MCD lights.

Then I got the ecig, and I didn't smoke anything for a few years, then started smoking cigars playing golf and when at house parties and stuff. I haven't smoked a CIG in years, but just said you know what, I love smoking cigars, so the collection began. I still puff the ecig, and I'm almost down to zero nic, I do less than 2 mg\ml now, my next batch will be nic free.

In any case, what I do for golf is puff a smaller cigar on the way there, then I'll smoke a Churchill or toro on the front and back. I don't bring my ecig to the course. My favorite gar for the course is a melanio Churchill.

I have dipped smokeless tobacco for about 30 years. That satisfies my nicotine cravings. I cant tolerate or even understand cigarettes. I did however try to substitute or at least augment my dipping with your basic swishers and other machine mades for a number of years.

I find that smoking a decent cigar or my pipe has almost nothing to do with my "needs" or "cravings" for anything.

Cigars only here. Never had a nicotine craving or addiction. I enjoy the hell out of a good cigar but could stop tomorrow. My father in law has COPD and is on oxygen because he's a life long, all day long cigarette smoker and still smoking while in the rest home. You won't see me with a cigarette. That's just my stance on cigarettes, I'm sure as hell not going to preach to anyone on what to do so don't take my last few sentences that way. Smoke what you like, like what you smoke applies here too.

Planning on playing a lot more golf this year. New job and a pay cut due to less overtime means less funds for racing but I'll have more free time. I have to rebuild the race car/ swap everything over to a new body so that will take up most of '15 anyways.

I need to stock up on a few mazos for golf. Bought a couple cigar clips off here for my golf buddy and myself after his daughter stepped on his stogie after he laid it down to putt. I use it all the time when I'm outside working and need to set my cigar down.

This. I gave up cigarettes several years ago in an attempt to " relieve my addiction " recently went two - three days without a cigar. It's more about relaxing and simply enjoying a cigar and a movie for me ( and as slow as I smoke....a cigar would damn near last 18 holes
