Death penalty... which means as much in MA as it does in CA = life sentence on the taxpayer's dime.

WTF is wrong with America??? Have we become too "politically correct" to treat criminals in the fashion they deserve, or at least the same they treat US.

I don't want my tax-dollars spent keeping these type criminals alive, and congesting the court systems with pointless appeals. Put them up against the wall like Kim Jong-un did with his Uncle and gun them down with anti-aircraft ammo. Put it on Pay-Per-View after the Pac fights. It would be a better show! The money collected from pay-per-view would offset what they would need to collect from taxpayers.

If not that, then WGAF. He will end-up being a "celebrity prisoner" like Manson, the uni-bomber, and all the rest the liberal media showcased on SuperMax prison segments guessing his life term in CO. Or just another "example" of the guberment protecting us from "evil" to be showcased in the future.

Shoot him. Send the bill for the cartridge and burial expenses to family like they did with Citizen X in Russia. Fuq 'em and the lethal injection or gas. Who needs the pharmaceutical companies permission to use their drugs? I'm sure Remington doesn't have a problem with it. They would probably donate the round!. 45 to the back of the head - done- simple! No one has the balls or stomach for public execution, the electric chair, or hanging him in a public square anymore.

Just my 45 shell's worth of input - maybe more than 2¢.

Paul, I have no idea why my comment led to yet another unrelated rant against Obama, but here is a short explanation of what I mean.

When we start to behave like the "enemy", when we actually speak glowingly in a testosterone fueled fever pitch about how they handle social ills, when we emulate their system of justice, whether it is North Korea or Iran etc...that's when they have won.

The judicial process you and others write about puzzles me for this reason mostly, you ar eclamoring for the government to have ultimate power when giving them the power to have these swift public executions, justifying them as a way to keep people in line...welcome to ISIS.

And because we are not like them, most of our ancestors found their way here.

So......most of our ancestors came from N Korea or Iran? Huh.....who knew!!!! Here I thought MOST were of European decent and to even remotely compare the US and how WE handle our terror prisoners to ANY of them.....

is just laughable. I'm sorry but in a case like this where guilt has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt AND the individual in this case has shown NO remorse the penalty should be death and it should be delivered swiftly and without hesitation. I am not clamoring for a Gov. with ultimate control (we already have that) and this IS NOT about " keeping people in line" as you put it but PUNISHING the perp responsible for THIS horrible act.
