Slow smoked pork shoulder... Pecan wood...

Pulled pork sammiches, with Shawn's now famous barbecue sauce. Doesn't even need the sauce... the pork is **** you tender.

The wife's dad is in the hospital, so we made a trip to Shreveport today.

Ashamed to admit this, but we just had IHOP for the 4th of July supper.

Thankfully I smoked a pork butt Friday.

So my 5th supper will be

Pulled pork

Beans

Grandmothers slaw

Key lime pie for desert

Happy anniversary America and Palama!

Fried chicken, corn on the cob, home made macaroni and cheese (2 pounds of cheese, 1 pound of bacon), garlic bread, two types of dip and chips.

Lots of beer and a special mead later with my brother, whenever he gets his slow ass here.

Grilled pork chops with lemon, honey, and mustard. Grilled lamb chops with Greek Oregano, Thyme, and Rosemary. Home made beans and bacon. Home made German potato salad. Watermelon and home made Cinnamon apple pie. LOL, not stepping on a scale today!
