It might be my imagination but haven't a lot of cigars out there improved in the last year or so? I was getting so fed up that I was starting pipe smoking. I like pipes, but not as much as sticks. The construction of many cigars now seems a lot better and there are fewer bad sticks when you buy a fiver or a box. I was wondering whether, because of my age, I was imagining it or, if I'm not, is it because of the impending Cuban competition? Just asking!

It may very well be your imagination. I haven't noticed any quality increase, but then I haven't ordered any cigars since early May.

Probably your imagination or more likely something you've changed in the way you store/smoke your cigars...

Likely a combination of giving your palate a rest and adding some age to your cigars on hand. Sometimes a short hiatus helps with the appreciIation.
