Truth is I always "tasted" cigars, however when I read cigars discriptions and they said chocolate/coffee/earth... I could never taste those flavors. So I decided to watch a video about it on youtube. The video gave some insights ho to properly smoke to help someone taste a cigar.

So I thought what the hell and attempted the new things I have learned... MIND BLOWN. I could now taste all the little flavors in the cigar I smoked.

By the way, I do not know what "earth" is supposed to taste like. Can someone fill me in on what that "taste" is?

Retrohale slowly. That opened up more flavors through the nose for me.

I think I watched the same video.
After trying to "retro-hale" the way the guy taught, all that happens is my nose gets a prominent burning sensation.
Guess I need more practice. 🤦

I learned how to pull out subtle flavors and recognize them with years of reading reviews of a a few good brothers and looking for those flavors. Read the reviews while smoking.

Now i recognize all sorts of flavors.

ZRZ. I got taint out of the Flor de Baloney by the company kinda known as junior......

I remember Flor de B. Not a bad cigar, but it didn't have much of anything for flavor.
