Just checked out Joe's daily deal. Don't think I've ever had one of these. Any thoughts appreciated and is that a decent price for these -- 3 for $37? Thanks.

Only had one,but you can get them much cheaper on here. As I recall it wasn't bad at all.

Thanks for the intel, Greg. I used to have a link to a site that allowed me to look up past auction prices.

The perfecto is enjoyable, cannot speak of other vitolas. That price point isn't crazy bad or good online.

Only had the toro, and thought it was just OK.... bland to me, compared to the Diamond Crown Maximus, which is among my all-time faves.

Good to know, because I really like the Maximus, I've seen negative things said of the JC before, so I never bought one.

These have nowhere near the richness and flavor of the Maximus. Which I love. They are simpler, lighter bodied. The 5er I ordered sat for a couple years as well so my review may not match others.
Still enjoyed em.

All the toros I smoked were from here and yes, All bland. The robusto and torpedo came from a local shpo and both were dynamite IMO. HMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Guess I have to try a local toro soon? LOL

A definite no at that price.

They just need age. Pull one of the Diamond Crown's out of the 2011 or earlier charity packs...

Last box I smoked were Robbies under two. Put em down for a year and then smoke away!

Used to buy them quite a bit.

Decent smoke, but nothing in the Padron 64 neighborhood.

Get them at a decent price and enjoy!

Grumpie (Fuente ho) loves them. Hemi's are her favorite, but the DCJC ranks right up there. I agree with BJ on letting them sleep.
