I'm headed to Tampa for a day or two..... I was there once to visit but never had a chance to check out any cigar stores....so if you are familiar with Tampa, I want to ask everyone for three recommendations.........

1. Best hand roller....

2. If you could only go to one cigar lounge, which one would you choose?

3. Favorite hole in the wall.......local hang out.....

Go to Ybor City and the shops on 7th Ave have a handful of rollers, check a few out and pick your favorite.

Definitely go to Nicahabana (on 7th Ave), as well as Tampa Sweethearts, (no rolling happens at their location)

La faraona on 7th. Hand rolled on site. Cool tiny storefront. Nice little maduro i like. The best part is if Odelma (owner) is there. She was a roller at Partagas. She will roll you a culebra if you ask. Fun experience if she is there...not usually on weekend but every Thursday i had been there she was there. Tampa sweethearts - nice little shop - all fuente product owned by Arturo jr. A lot of my favorite hand rollers are retired or dead. Check out little museum at Newman Cuesta Rey factory north of interstate. Many places in Ybor to smoke...outdoor patio at New World Brewery is the best. Best food/craft beer combo in ybor is Tampa Bay Brewing Co. Classic cuban cafe is Carmines.

I definitely recommend Fuente's Tampa Sweetheart store. After that I suggest that you head up the block to the "Columbia" restaurant.
