Had this beauty this past weekend when the weather was still tolerable. Paired with a glass of Fitzgerald Larceny.

This little smoke packed come great flavor and changed half way through. It started out more full bodied with a rich oak flavor and right about the mid way point transitioned into a sweet leather with notes of caramel and mild vanilla. This is one I will have to look into getting and aging.
