Mustard. Spicy brown or Dijon.

Kraut, onions and relish if you have them.

No ketchup on hotdogs. Ever.

Neon green relish, mustard, onion, tomato, pickle, sport peppers, and celery salt. But no doggone ketchup.

I always find it funny when people declare rules for other peoples food, like "no ketchup on hot dogs"... If I want to cover my dog in Velveeta and raisins it's really no ones business but my own, right?

That being said, if a tomato was in good enough condition to sell as a tomato, it would never be used for ketchup... The tomatoes that do get used for ketchup are pretty nasty... And American mustard contains so little actual mustard it should probably be called turmeric sauce...

Just say NO to ketchup.

Guiden's Spicy Brown Mustard, Horseradish Mustard, or Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard.

Fuq that wimpy yellow, and foo-foo pinky-out dijon crap.

Puss Rockets, Yum!!!

We don't have them too often, but I'm always trying different combinations.

Dill relish, F'ing Fantastic! Sweet relish, not so much.

Coleslaw is pretty good on a hotdog.

Sliced banana peppers are good.

Mayonnaise, Hellmann's or Best Foods, depending on your location.

All in moderation, too much and it's just a mess that hides the taste of the tube steak.

Ate at Portillos today, had a jumbo with relish and mustard, wife added onions to hers.

Good eaten.
