I'm stuck in a boot again for a couple months and want to know if anyone is interested in a NOLA herf. Maybe a little people watching from a balcony on bourbon and some good food.... If anyone is visiting or just interested let me know and I'll get with Big Bear and see if we can hook something up.....

I would make effort to join y'all for this. You know the wife is all about visiting NOLA.

It's just a matter of making time for us. Pick a date and we will see.

OK, there is some interest.... How about Friday, May 27th? We could try a late lunch at grapevine, (right next to crescent city cigar), then go and grab a cigar or 2 on the balcony at Tropical isle.... Bear and I did a trial run a couple of weeks ago and had a good time, so I know it can be done.....

I would say an alternate date could be Saturday the 28th...

That is Memorial Day weekend. Cant do it then. Sorry. The 27th is the last day of school and I'm hosting a swim party for my girls.

I could do June 10th or June 24th weekends.

TJ. Check out the Prince Conti Hotel. I've stayed there many times for work stuff. Not the biggest or most popular, but it's clean and close. Typically the rates were better than anywhere else.

They offer a garage which is nice...plan to pay extra for that.

I need to put my commitment on hold. The wife just found out she may be losing her funding at work. I'm hitting the pause button until we learn more.
