Almost turning 60 in about a week....
So I Decided to spend some time in the mountains and get many
"Delayed projects" started and finished.
Projects up here are "my gym workouts" minus the $40 monthly fee...by the end of each day I'm always beat, dirty and drenched in sweat.
Got the riding mower tuned up and fixed plus had a John deere trailer assembled finally after 12 yrs in a box...New battery,fuel filter, oil change( Mobil 1 synthetic), new belt,sharpened,new plug
And guy built the trailer...
Only $193 !!!...free pickup and delivery too.

Got the road re-graded W/ 10+ DUMP trucks of medium shale, new under road drain tile, fixed back road to with shale and new run off trenches.
Extra load of shale (future road repairs) and 2A limestone to
fix walking paths...
Mowed grass, cut down trees, layed (Free yellow hardbrick from a burnt house) walkways with sand base,
HAD POND ECAVATED OUT down to about
8-10 feet deep,after 20 yrs
Of leaves, sticks, sand, and mud has
Filled it up.
New shale road to deer stand.
Cleaned entire barn/ shed of stuff
And boxed to sell at flea market.
WENT to a flea mkt and got many cool things CHEAP!!
Hit Two Recylcing dumps and found tons of useful stuff to resell...
Paid $25... Clean, fix, and paint about half of
those items, sell for $150-200...
And still keep many for projects around here....

Waste not,
Want not...
