I'm trying out Winchester Power Max 130 gr bonded bullets.



I'm like a kid on Christmas morning. The wife keeps reminding me, " we bought this for Ocho".

Yeah! Father/son bonding while shooting stuff!

My son and I used to plink his old toys with his Marlin 60SB .22 rifle. That was always a fun time. Usually we went out for pizza afterward.

I bought the same gun a few years ago. Stainless. Lots of fun to shoot, been awhile since it's seen the range. Will have to change that soon. Enjoy, it's a great rifle, and .270 is a great all around cal.

We shoot together all the time. Problem is he can beat me on his good days. Kinda stings a little when a 13 yr old talks trash.

He shoots competitive trap with his shotgun.

We have a blast with his .22. I found some targets that are made like the game Battleship. Now that's some fun!!!

The .270 will be for hunting, not for funsies so much. Ammo cost too much for playing a lot.

Yeah, even .22 ammo is expensive now. I used to get a brick of 550 rounds for under $20 at Walmart. Not any more.

I found the 300 packs for $20.

I can swing that but still not like it was 4 years ago
