Back when wrestling was fun Mr. Fuji was a big time bad guy. I used to get so mad when he threw salt into the good guys' eyes. Never understood how the referee didn't know what was going on. Great character.

Him and Taka were pretty cool guys outside of the ring. Very polite and down to earth. Met both of them at the airport one time along with Mark Mero and Sable.

Shame to see he's gone now.

Don't forget what he said when he threw salt in his opponents' eyes!

"TORTCHA, SUFFA! TORTCHA, SUFFA!"

Of course, he was trying to say "TORTURE, SUFFER!" but his accent made it sound like that.
