Just sent the following to CBid customer service.

Hi,

I assume that when I bid on 5-pack, it is actually a 5-pack sealed at the factory and not 5 singles put together in a CI ziploc bag.

As per the above order, all the 5-pack came as expected (factory sealed) except the R. Bueso and N. Sherman. I won 4 N. Sherman at $2/single and 2 5-pack at $13/pack. So instead of 2 5-packs and 4 singles, I received 14 singles correctly bundled in 3 CI bags, but nevertheless an incorrect order.

In one case, it's $2/single and the other it's $2.60. I do not mind paying a premium for a factory sealed 5-pack but I am wary of single cigars from CI/CBid, it just tastes differently.

Could you please address this practice as it seems duplicitous and is tantamount to false advertising?
