What are some of the strongest cigars on the market? A couple that come to mind that I have had are the Royal Silk, which I would die to have again (don't think they even make them anymore) and the Obsidian. One of the Oliva's I had once was pretty strong but don't remember which it is.

Someone told me once that the 601 La Bomba is extremely strong but I have never had one. Definitely on my wish list.

None of those approach a fausto or a lfd double ligero. La Palina black label is up there too

La Palina black label is sneaky strong, but I didn't think it was a powerhouse.

JdN 1970 Antonio is another strong one, the Dark Corojo isn't a slacker either.

Also LFD Firecracker.

FYI the original 601 La Bombas weren't that strong, they were tasty graham cracker bombs.

pretty much anything MOW is stronger than the ones listed in the op... that obsidian mc used to be my breakfast smoke... dharbolt named the 2 that first came to my mind, fausto and lfd dbl...

I would say Roma Craft Neanderthal is the strongest I have tried, but its strength overpowers the flavors if that makes sense so I didn't think it was the best line in that label. Intemperance BA hit sthe sweet spot for me with strength and flavor. Fausto and LFD DL are the standard I think in strong cigars. MOW Little Devil was another strong cigar that I thought would be really good once it mellowed out.

I bought a box of those little devils from someone on here... I think they were 2 years old when I got em, aged them another 6 months or so, but I swear they never did mellow out...

The strongest I've smoked:
Joya 1970
DE Norteno
Cuban Bolivar
MOW
Diesel Unholy Cocktail
Oliva V
Theses ones kick my ass on a regular basis. Strangely though, the LFD DL didn't do it for me, I guess I'm weird. 🤔

My favorite stout stick is LFD DL 452's..........one of the few stout sticks that provides flavor and balance.

Forgot the vitola, but it was a larger Oliva V...................kicked my azz a few years back.
A JdN El Martillo in the morning with coffee will get your attention.

King, it was probably the figurado V, for some reason that vitola, and only that one, in the V series kicks my ass badly. And I've smoke JdN 1970's back-to-back with lfd's and not been as bad off. No idea why, I generally am unaffected by most "Strong" smokes.

Is the Olivia El Cobre still around?

The Royal Silk essentially made me bonk but that could be because I chiefed it because I HAD to have a cigar on a night it was like 5 degrees. The Obsidian doesn't bother me but kicked a couple friends butts. So that is the only reason I said that one.

Oliva V Melanio is supposed to be full but it's blend is so smooth I cannot notice the strength. I need to try the maduro wrapper.

Illusione 888 maduro robusto was a sneaky strong cigar, wasn't expecting it to be so strong.

years ago when I liked full strength, El Rico de Habana (or a similar name) was a killer.

forgot about El Cobre, as CBD just reminded me.

I have a couple El Cobres left.

El Cobre. .....blast from the past! Haven't had one of those in at least 5 years. Remember them being really strong but not completely overpowering the palate. Probably kill me to smoke one now as I'm a near exclusive cc smoker.

aside from LFD, Litto's line with his name on the label always seemed too strong for me a few years ago.
