Have a box, gifted one out. Haven't smoked one yet. Was letting them rest a bit. May have to try one today. Hmmmmm. If'n I do, I will let you know. 🤔

Haven't had a bad Illusione yet, nor have I had a great one. But the first Epernay was close...

The holy Lance maduro is great with a little ageing imo. ^^^

The OR HL maduro was amazing, then they changed the wrapper and now they're good.

Al, you tried a Fume D'Amore?

The HL Candela is still fantastic. Haven't tried much new stuff, have an unopened box of ~33~ I need to get to...

Don't get me wrong...I do like Illusiones over-all...most are very good and they can sometimes be found with a decent discount making them a good value.

I did try the Fume D'Amore and it was pretty good. Almost liked it as much as the Epernay. For some reason, the HL didn't make my great list either. For comparison, I thought the PAN and PAM 64's were great in lancero/Superior vitola, as are the La Palina Goldie and the Trinidad Fundadore. Another great lancero was the Nestor Miranda 70th Anniversary Nicaragua, but I can't find them anymore.

Haven't tried the HL candela.

I like those. Good smoke, not amazing though.
