GOOD MORNING ...KINDA NEW TO THE HOBBY AND LOVE CI BID. Just received a email for one of my BIDS as a partial winning. I bidded on 3 items but only won one, but I somebody came in after me and bidded on the same item... Can somebody explain how this works. THANKS

You didn't bid high enough, so you showed weakness.

Assuming it was the same item and you lost 2 of the 3 - then 2 people bid a higher amount than you. So you lost 2 but there wasn't a higher bid for the 3rd one.

Welcome aboard... as you can see, we're an odd bunch.

You bid on 3 lots. If you won one of them and lost the other 2, 2 people outbid you but they each bid on 1 lot... so you got the 3rd at your max bid.

Thanks for the advice ZRX 1200. Now i know now and understand. Also i like to thank JUST RELAX. And to those others that didnt answer my question and critiqued my name and lack of knowledge of the biidding game. I apologize for asking a question.
