Anyone having problems updating?

I have lost four hours of my life talking to Microsoft techs during the past 36 hours will no resolution. Now I get to talk to one of their Level II techs tomorrow A.M.

You just got elevated from the Manila techs to the Mumbai techs!

The former usually maintain their polite, professional demeanor... the latter, not so much.
