I keep a check for CAO Pilons here, the Mothership and other sites and have found a few good deals recently (as low as $33.15 for 10 with shipping) but on Cbid the pricing has been a bit bizarre.

Last week they had Robusto singles available at QB price (no auction, that was the only price) of $4.24. This week they have a box of 20 Robustos on QB for 86.02 (again no bidding, that's the price).

Rather strange price points. Looks like was priced by some computer algorithm.

If this was your only order buying 20 singles, with shipping, would have been $93.50 and its $92.97 w/shipping for the box of 20. If you had already had another order going in when getting these, it would have been cheaper to buy 20 singles.

I have seen that before as well. Not sure what happens but I always do price comparisons like you did comparing singles,five pack and boxes.. Looking at multi orders and saving on shipping saves too as you know. Seems like there are a lot of people that don't pay attention to that. I have also noticed that the bidding has gotten crazy on here. It seems that most times it's hard to get as good of a deal as in the past year. A lot of items are selling for what you can by them on CI. Hell I've even seen bids more than what they could have gotten them from CI and other sites. Still low but it's getting to the point that it's hard to get a really good deal on here like in the past. Maybe the sites gotten my popular.

The Cbid QuickBuy prices on these are not bad. Not the best I have seen in the past month, but lower than the "Sale" price they currently have on CI. In fact, if you already had another order (so that shipping was only $0.25 for the single stick) and you and wanted to grab just one of these to try it out, it was pretty good deal for this single. It's just the pricing was so strange it had to come from some automated pricing program. A human would have made the boxes $85.99!!! not $86.02.
