I have tried for 3 days straight to talk to customer service and have emailed 3 times in 2 days. I have been put on "hold waiting for the next available person" for over 30 minutes and no reply to my emails.

Has anyone else had problems with getting through to customer service?

I am trying to correct an order.

I'm getting the same issues, they need to shut down the site if they know its not working properly. Over a week now I can't get my won bids shipped. I hope they have a damn good reason for this lack of communication.[ram27bat] [ram27bat]
