Perhaps you could be specific about your implication ... what "issues" are YOU having that you feel others might also have ... what specific problems have you experienced and with whom have you spoken in customer service and what resolution (if any) has taken place ...

there were some widely spread "issues" that existed in Feb/Mar and into early April, but those seem to be in the rear view mirror now ... my personal experience beginning in the latter half of April and continuing through May and now into June is "issue"-free ...

Recently, I have found customer service to be excellent and responsive. Old issues seem to be in rear view mirror.

I wouldn't do it otherwise. I always thought I was happy, until she informed me that I am not.
