Sorry to say but I will no longer order from this site. Their customer service stinks and so does the attitudes of their customer service reps. They sent my cigars to an old address even though I changed my address and the USPS destroyed my cigars and now cigar bid says there is nothing they can do. So buyer beware. I'm out 58 dollars and very unhappy customer.

Did you talk to teedubbya? He's the customer service manager and can make sure the representative you spoke with is reprimanded.

... he may even spank her...

No according to Damarie there are no managers there. Hopefully this will be read by the right person
