Met some business associates at a job I'm bidding on.
They know I like cigars and were all smoking when I got there, so they offered me one. It was supposedly one of the new RP Sungrown maduros that got high ratings, so I gladly accepted and fired it up. Felt kinda squishy but I've never seen/smoked one. ..ugghh kinda harsh right off the bat and not what I was expecting but played it off thinking it would get better. IT DID NOT. HORRIBLE acrid ass taste as I tried to smoke it. Immediately I asked to look at the blueprints and
tried to divert the conversation to business, but no, customer wanted to know how I liked it and I tried to play it off, saying it's a little bitter but I probably scorched it when I lit it. We talked about
his project some and I tried smoking a little more but my face couldn't hide my displeasure and
was asked again how I liked it. I finally gave in and said this stogie is a pile of poo, can't believe
it got such high marks. I had burnt ass coating my tongue and asked if they had any water.
Everybody busted out laughing and I knew I had been had! The had taken the band off the Rocky
and put it on some god awful Gurhka!!! Ha haa..very funny guys, you got me! They were rolling
in the floor. Gotta admit, that was a good one. I'll get 'em back somehow!

NOW, how do I get this awful taste out of my mouth?!

I've already slammed a 16 oz. bottle of water, chewed 4 pieces of gum AND brushed my teeth,
but I still have that horrid taste in my mouth!!!

To make matters worse, normally I like a glass of wine and a smoke right about now but my palate is shot.
Those basturds.

I've got to work on the price and make some design changes that they liked.
They definitely want me, love my work (that's why I was there) but I'm never the low bid, so we'll see.

Bwahahahahaha Good one for sure. I have been told by the girls that I use to work with that "Powdered doughnuts work well to get the pecker track taste out of their mouths". Maybe it would work for a Gurhka?8-[
