Yeah...well over 15 years ago!!!

They were a one and done cigar manufacturer. A classic pump and dump end around the consumer. The first run was what they aimed for and got it. Buzz got around and everyone enjoyed. They couldn't keep any quality control and must've thrown away the "recipe" for the blend because a year or later you would swear you were smoking a totally different cigar with the same band! Then the marketing became what they were really famous for. Wow 'em during the first run...buy off a couple ratings from the usual suspects...snare a couple of fanbois to do your bidding and they were off to the races. The entire family cashed out and left everyone holding this empty bag.

If they really cared...bring back the Criollo with the pull out drawered box...the original blend...nothing more and nothing less. Anything else is a total waste of time AND money.

Actually, Doc, the AMAZON BASIN line is pretty good, (IMHO).

As for all the other CAO lines, I have to agree with you . . . not so good.

I've forgotten more about cigars than you will ever know Rah.

Thought you took your butthurt over to Puff.com? What happened over there? They found out you were a drooling baboon too? Get a job so you can afford something other than floor clippings. You're still trying to tell us ridiculous cigars that match up to the greats at /3 the cost. You have the taste buds of a jellyfish.
