I want to say I saw him at the Florida Strawberry Festival years ago. I was impressed. Reminded me of Waylon without the deep voice though. Had some songs that were lyrically tight telling stories and he could pick the hell out of a guitar!

I very much like them.

Larry McMurtry is a very big deal in my new hometown. I live about 1/2 mike from McMurtry Road. Biggest thing to ever come out of Mountain Home, Idaho.

Didn’t know his son did music. Have to check him out.

Love him,,has almost unmistakable sound.........Saw him almost by accident at a free concert ,,,,,,,just happened to be in the area of the concert and heard his sound,,made a BEELINE for the stage!!!! Good stuff......... "Cant make it here anymore!!"
