The sad part is the State of California allowed him to live to begin with.Ever see the movie "Citizen X"? Mr Jones is correct. A 45 or 9mm to the head would have been cheaper. And invoice the deceased's estate for the cost of the round and burial instead of taxpayers footing the bill.
