Far too many idiots in the grocery stores ... far more than there are dogs ... sadly, a great percentage of the idiots WORK in the stores and trying to deal with them makes grabbing a few things an adventure in frustration ...

Woman working in the Service Deli section ... utter moron ... I finally just left without my intended purchase ...

The so-called "Quick Check" register ... one at either end of the bank of check stands ... one crammed with shoppers pushing full or nearly full carts ... clerk just blithely accepting them and ringing up their truck loads of stuff ... the other quick check had a line backed halfway down one of the food aisles ... I took my 6 items to one of the full service registers and made it through in less time than if I'd gotten in either quick check lines ...

probably because I had one less item than I'd intended ... maybe if there HAD been a dog in the store, he'd have bitten one of the idiots ...

glad I don't do the routine grocery shopping ... I'd need some blood pressure meds pretty damn soon ...

Exactly why I'm hoping my wife does the grocery shopping tomorrow. People are idiots.
