We eat very little store bought food.Fill the freezer in the fall and winter with protein(deer,wild hog,squirrel,ducks and cottontails are favorites)and garden Spring summer and fall.I don't trust any of the food industries anymore.........especially anything ground.

The meat market/ beer store at the end of my road grind their own beef.. I've watched them do it... I usually buy from them.. but I understand your concern.. 😟

When I was a kid we had meat markets in every surrounding town.I trusted those old butchers.This day and age of running thousands of cows through a process a day.......umm no thanks.We do eat store bought chicken(organic skinless boneless thighs are the bomb)..........I mean they eat their own schit,how bad could it be?
