I don't like Twitter.
So fine, then. I don't use it (though I do have an account).
I don't follow it.
I don't read it.

And this was all before the President ruined it for everybody.

But Twitter and her limited characters and hashtags are only part of the problem.
It's annoying, but easily avoidable so who cares?

The part that's MOST annoying, however, is the way news media outlets report on it.
Maybe a sports star or celeb or the President himself have an interesting tweet.
So CNN (or TMZ or whoever) will headline with "Victor666 tweets that TDS should be covered by Obamacare. #irony"
And the story will repeat this line.
Then they'll show a screenshot of the actual tweet.
Saying the exact same thing.

Enough with the redundancy.
Either tell us what it says, or just show the screenshot.

This just in, old man wants news to not be redundant!

Maybe they're repeating it to make sure their illiterate viewers (or maybe people who are listening to the news in the background while they do other things) know what they are showing on the screen?

I would say this is not really a "twitter" thing. Any time the news has something written that they display on the screen they read it out, I think usually in the entirety.

This jsut has been happening more and more because the orange menace likes to make official presidential statements via twitter 2 -3 times a day.

On a completely unrelated note... goldilocks and the 3 bears would be an excellent gay porn movie title.... if it isn't already...

First: I knew you'd be the first to offer some form of rebuttal.
and
B: I'm not talking about a single tweet. I mean there are articles where every third paragraph tells you what the tweet was, and then they prove it by screen shotting the tweet.

It's like the reader either doesn't believe the author, or they need to read something multiple times for it to sink in.

Which could help explain victor's defensive stance.

generally in porn you'd have to be able to see the stars' junk. All 3 of them look like women until they lift their belly... and even then 2 of the 3 still do.
