I was at my local the other day and asked about a medium strength short smoke that had some nice flavor to it. The clerk said for a tasty half hour or so smoke he liked the US Coronets. Well, I really like the US in all the vitolas I've tried, but never heard of a half hour US. He brought me over to the mini selections behind the counter and got down a tin of 10 US coronets. I brought them home and smoked one up last night...........great short smoke, very flavorful with a nice finish.
Anyone else try these? Are they something new--I can't seem to find to much info, or any reviews online.
Is there anything similar to these that you peoples know and love? I've tried the Nat Sherman Honduran & Nat Sherman Conny .5's and Camacho Conny minis

Am not an Undercrown fan, or for that matter, not much of a DE fan at all.
The only DE cigars I really like are the MEDUSA, (and I think they DC'd them), and the JAVA.
LP's don't do a thing for me.
Maybe I'll try a UC Shade.

I've actually been getting into Connie's a little more these days. Just bought a box of My Father's.

Yeah, I love those.........but it seems like the wrapper tears on almost all of them when removing the band(s).......#-o

Yeah, I think they're pretty good......pretty tasty for a short smoke......I actually like the corona too, it's one of my favorites. I think the coronets are tastier, maybe the wrapper/filler ratio? Not sure about that though
