Dear Nick,
Thank you for finishing our season.
Thank you for playing awesome football in the post season.
Thank you for winning the super bowl and getting MVP.

Good luck next year because you ain't starting here.

Signed, Doug Pederson

What happens now?

Can you bench the Superbowl MVP who was unflappable?

Sad how the owner mentioned injured QB, but not the winning QB. 🤦

This is a great post!

I think the Eagles get max value for Foles with 1 year left and trade him for a high 1st round pick to someone like the Browns, or Giants

p.s. he had no chance of staring next year regardless of the outcome either.

Good problem to have. The prolly don’t get there with Foles starting the season.

Maybe the Pats will trade for him. They don’t have their QB of the future do they?

He cashed in though. Good for him. Seems like a nice guy.

He has one more year on his contract. And while Philly needs him to hold it down until they are 100% sure Wentz is healthy, his salary hit and their lack of space makes him expendable. There is NO way they get a 1st rounder for him, but a team like Cleveland should trade for him and have him hold down their QB position until whatever QB they do draft in the 1st round is ready to take over. It seems they continually draft QBs of the future and throw them right into the fire with nobody around them and they bomb out.

they won in the regular season with him, but he was average.
Caught fire in the playoffs though, wow!
But doesn't seem like a QB talent to pull up a young losing team.

Perfect to back up on a team of vets.

Nothing better than a second string QB from Philly beating Tom Brady and the Patriots for the Super Bowl!

The Pittsburgh Steelers still hold the record with 6 Lombardi trophies. And it's awesome to have the trophy back in Pennsylvania with the Eagles

Plenty of teams would like to have him and he will cash in big.

Lightning in a bottle. He’s normally a back up for a reason.

I bet you didn't mean what that really means... if Brady wasn't the greatest ever, you wouldn't have even thought of it.

Foles beat the Pats D, needed one stop and never got it ALL night.

Brady threw for over 500 yards, You may see that happen a handful of times a decade.

he wasn't the cause for the loss. The Eagles simply deserved it as a team.

And that's why they say football is the ultimate team sport. Tom was terrific but the Defense and Specialty Teams let everyone down.

2nd most yards in an NFL game EVER , , , regular season and post season.
I will admit, albeit reluctantly, Brady is the greatest QB to ever play the game.
(OUCH ! That was really difficult to say.)

UNDERDOGS NO MORE !

Meant every word of it. Brady the greatest ever?!?!? LMFAO. Don't care how many yards he threw for, It takes more than just passing to Gronk to win a Super Bowl. The pansy even lollygagged when he was the receiver.

You sound worse than fanboy Cris Collinsworth did in the 3rd quarter when he practically gave Brady the MVP.

Brady will probably blame it on the cut on his hand.

And don't forget… Laces Out! LOL.

If Brady's wife hadn't been there, Collinsworth and Brady probably would have gone out on a date after the game.

Maybe they can go dancing with Eli and Odell.

BTW, it sounded like Al Michaels had been drinking a bit...or maybe he's had a stroke or something....he was channeling a little Trump slurring
